(01) Simplifying
the communication
Ubuntu HR was founded by Gabo Figueroa in 2015 to bring a more human and strategic approach to talent development. Over time, the brand’s communication became dense and hard to navigate, a common challenge for experts with so much knowledge and solutions to share.
We helped them refine and simplify their communication, streamlining content, organizing information, and improving structure. The goal was to make their message easier to understand, more cohesive, and focused on their clients and solutions, so they can quickly grasp the real value behind what they do.
(02) Refining the brand identity
We built a new logo, website, decks, merch, and social media systemcreating a unified visual language that feels professional, modern, and human. The new logo evolved from the original “U,” now paired with the full name* to strengthen recognition and give the brand a solid, consistent presence. This update set the tone for the entire visual identity, aligning every element with Ubuntu HR’s clarity and purpose.

(03) Reframing their website
The new structure prioritizes outcomes and transformation, guiding visitors to understand what they solve rather than just what they do. We simplified the way their many solutions, formats, and methodologies are presented, creating a more intuitive and accessible experience.
The site moves away from the idea of team building as temporary fun and instead reflects the depth of “playing seriously” — showing Ubuntu HR as a strategic partner in solving complex challenges in teamwork and leadership.
